I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with a King bed and good wifi signal, but the products provided were of low quality. The service was a bit of a letdown as they couldn't find my reservation at first, although they made up for it with excellent customer service later on. The location was superb, close to major malls and in a safe area, but there were slight issues with finding the reservation. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise as it included both hot and cold options. The facilities were satisfactory, though not exceptional.
