street noise old carpets

The staff was helpful when i asked for directions. It was acceptable.

I found the room quite warm, even with the air conditioning turned down as low as it could go. opening the window let in a lot of noise from the street. the carpets in the hallways seemed old. They definitely needed replacing.

I appreciated the very clean state of the hotel . The main hall had a beautiful and cute design. The refillable water station was convenient, it provided both still and sparkling water. The staff members were cute and spoke good English.

The air conditioning and heating system was a little confusing, I couldn't quite figure it out.

The hotel provides refillable water, and this system is perfect. I saw that you get a glass bottle in the room. You can fill the bottle with sparkling or still water, so there is no plastic.

My room had temperature control that worked well and a very comfortable bed. The room was spacious. I had a big television too. The bathroom was also quite large.

The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times, assisting with any queries. The bar man was very good. Reception staff had a cute attitude. They resolved a problem effectively.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Brussel Noord Station. I found the location to be perfect and central. The park opposite the hotel is also a plus, offering a nice green space nearby.

the staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout my visit. my room had ample space with many hangers available in the closet. i received a complimentary cookie upon arrival and it was a charming touch. the location offered convenient access to various attractions..

i noted the breakfast price was high. at that rate, it might be better to find alternatives nearby.
