The staff was helpful when i asked for directions. It was acceptable.

I found the room quite warm, even with the air conditioning turned down as low as it could go. opening the window let in a lot of noise from the street. the carpets in the hallways seemed old. They definitely needed replacing.

I appreciated the very clean state of the hotel . The main hall had a beautiful and cute design. The refillable water station was convenient, it provided both still and sparkling water. The staff members were cute and spoke good English.

The air conditioning and heating system was a little confusing, I couldn't quite figure it out.

The hotel provides refillable water, and this system is perfect. I saw that you get a glass bottle in the room. You can fill the bottle with sparkling or still water, so there is no plastic.

i noted the breakfast price was high. at that rate, it might be better to find alternatives nearby.
